The recipe is super easy - equal parts egg + water (or broth) in a bowl and in the steamer, thinly sliced matsutake on top. Salt and pepper to your liking. Maybe soy sauce or fish sauce. I like my steamed egg to be silky smooth so I steamed it on low medium heat for about 20 minutes.
