Moong dal 1/2 cup
Wash 2-3 times
Add water 4 cups
Cardamom 2
Ghee 1 tsp
Cook 4 whistles
Set aside
Jaggery 1 cup
Add water 1/2 cup
Let it melt
Set aside
Tempering preparation
Add Ghee 2-3 tsp
Cashew, Raisins, Almond
Fry
Open the cooker lid
Cooked well
Add Jaggery syrup / Filter it
Mix it well
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Add ghee 2 tsp
Mix it well / cook 2 min
Add fried cashew, almond, raisins
Sweet pongal ready
