Minister for Manpower Josephine Teo noted that one of the transformative efforts in the logistic industry is the intensified use of technology. This includes the use of data analytics, robotics and artificial intelligence which allow companies to operate more efficiently. In turn, this would create more jobs for Singapore as the volume of business increases.
