We recently paid a visit to Eleanor White, Sustainability Co-ordinator for West Dunbartonshire Libraries, and recipient of the Green Libraries Scotland Grant Fund. We asked her to share some insights into the process of applying for the funding to support their Environmentalist-in-residence micro-residency.
Inspired by similar projects from the Toronto Public Library and British Library, the artist will respond to the ecological collections in the library and use this as a foundation to plan public events for young people.
