A negative edge skimmer is the ultimate way to keep your pond clean. It creates another waterfall feature in your pond, makes it impossible for debris to get back into your pond, and adds underground water volume to your pond which helps keep the water you *do* see clear.
You can even use it to store rainwater and make your pond more sustainable.
This video series is my attempt to document the construction of my 2,000 gallon negative edge skimmer and rainwater vault so that you can see how they go together and the details that go into designing one for your own pond.
