In this video I fit a new Cam Belt to this Vauxhall Astra Mk5 Van and also change the water pump. We come up against a few issues that we had to get over all showed in this video. This CDTI engine is fitted to many other cars as well. 1.9 cdti/JTDm - Z19DT, Z19DTL - Astra, Zafira, Vectra, Alfa, Opel.
