This architectural gem, known as Casa Sexta, is more than a dwelling; it’s a testament to ingenious design and harmonious living.
The architects' vision for Casa Sexta was rooted in its context, shaping its form and function. Understanding the natural conditions of the region, they harnessed the sun's path, ensuring cool, well-lit spaces in the morning and warm retreats in the afternoon. The choice of a pristine white palette for floors, walls, and slabs creates a mesmerizing interplay of light and shadow, especially during sunset, illuminating the internal courtyards.
This residence, spanning 570 m², was not merely constructed; it was meticulously woven into the fabric of its surroundings. A large staircase, flanked by carefully chosen greenery, welcomes residents and guests alike. The architectural program includes three bedrooms for the family, one for visitors, and another for service. Each of these spaces boasts an independent internal patio, providing natural ventilation and illumination.
The internal courtyards, thoughtfully positioned, illuminate key living spaces, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and dining area.
