🟢材料:
雪耳(銀耳)30克
木瓜 900克
冰糖 適量
薑 1片
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 將雪耳浸泡至軟化,去蒂後撕成小塊。木瓜去皮去核,洗淨後切成小塊。
2️⃣ 把2公升煮滾,加入雪耳,用中火煮25分鐘,如果想要更軟滑可以煮40分鐘。
3️⃣ 加入木瓜,繼續煮5分鐘。如果使用青木瓜,則需要增加煮的時間。
4️⃣ 最後加入適量的冰糖煮至溶解即可。
🟢Ingredients:
Snow fungus (white fungus) - 30g
Papaya - 900g
Rock sugar - as needed
Ginger - 1 slice
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Soak the snow fungus until softened, remove the hard stem and tear into small pieces. Peel and core the papaya, then cut it into small pieces.
2️⃣ Bring 2 liters of water to a boil, add the snow fungus and simmer on medium heat for 25 minutes. If you prefer a softer texture, simmer for 40 minutes.
3️⃣ Add the papaya and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes. If using green papaya, increase the cooking time accordingly.
4️⃣ Finally, add rock sugar to taste and cook until it dissolves.
