Riverton, Wyoming resident Jason Sack has one beautiful '69 Nova! Rolling into Byron Dragway thursday morning on day 4 of Hot Rod's Drag Week the crowd in the pits all turned and took notice. First thing that catches your eye besides the killer stance is the flawless hugger orange paint with a white yenko type stripe down the side complimented by a black vinyl top. A sharp eye will notice something strange about the rear tires. Further inspection blows your mind as you see 33" BFG Mud Terrrain Truck Tires usually found on lifted 4x4 pickups! Once you get by that your taken in by the attention to detail from front to back. Powered by LS based 427 with a dart block, LS 7 retro heads, Holley Hi Ram with a Dominator EFI fuel system and a huge Garrett 102mm Turbo. Generating 2000 hp with 30lbs of boost Jason ripped off a personal best of 7.293/185.77 on his first and only pass at Byron Dragway and drew the praise of track owner BJ Vangness afterwards. Jason went on to averaged 7.3365/185.716 for the 5 day event and garnering 2nd place in the Unlimited class. Special thanks to Rick Kurtz of Rick's Action Photos for the awesome shot! #jasonsacknova #hotroddragweek #cowboyup
