Qubani Ka Meetha recipe in Hindi - Urdu from Maimoona Yasmeen’s Recipes
Ingredients:
Qubani (dried apricots): 500 grams
Paani (water): 1.25 litres
Shakar (sugar): 600 grams
Vanilla essence: 1/4th teaspoon
Raspberry colour: ½ teaspoon
Doodh ki balai (milk cream): sajane ke liye (for garnishing)
Procedure:
1. Qubani ko dhokar paani mein raat bhar bheegne ke liye rakh dijiye.
2. Yehi paani meetha banane ke liye istemaal hoga, isi liye peene ka paani (drinking water) lijiye.
3. Agli subah qubani ke beej nikal dijiye aur alag se rakh lijiye, paani mat phekiye.
4. Saucepan mein paani ke saath beej nikli hui qubani daliye aur das minute (10 min) ke liye pakaiyye.
5. Ab is mein shaker (sugar) daliye aur bees minute (20 min) ke liye pakaiyye key eh gadha ho jaaye. Beech mein spoon se milate rahiye.
6. Aanch band kar dijiye aur ise thanda hone ke liye rakh dijiye.
7. Qubani ke beej tod kar inke badam nikal lijiye.
8. In badam mein 1 cup paani dalkar ubal lijiye. Aur inka chhilka nikal lijiye aur rakh lijiye.
9. Thanda hone par qubani ke is meethe mein vanilla essence, raspberry colour aur qubani ke badam daliye.
10. Achhi tarah se mila lijiye.
11. Bowl mein nikal kar doodh ki balai ya cream se sajaiyye. Is cream se mithaas bhi kum mehsoos hogi.
