NSW Minerals Council chief executive Stephen Galilee says there are “significant economic calculations” which need to be considered following the state government’s decision to drop coal price caps and increase royalties.
“We’re at least pleased that the New South Wales government have shown that they’ve listened to those arguments and have taken those economic issues into account by not doing too much,” Mr Galilee told Sky News Australia.
