1 lb chicken tenders, diced
1 tbsp Olive oil
3/4 tbsp finely minced/grated ginger
2 tsps Jamaica Valley Chicken seasoning(not high in salt)
Black pepper
1/2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
1/2 - 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Browning as desired
Canola oil for stirfrying
1 whole scotch bonnet pepper (not red 🙂)
1 onion, cut in strips
Bell peppers as desired
1 small/medium carrot, cut in strips
Cabbage cut into strips
Fresh thyme leaves minced
Black pepper
Soy sauce as desired
Hoisin sauce as desired
