What's the worst timing you have ever had?

I walked into my best friend's house as he was about to end himself with a pew pew. I came in unannounced to grab something and he was sitting in a chair face bright red wiping tears off his face. I looked at him and a few feet away leaning against a couch was his pew pew. I looked at him, the rifle, and he stared at the floor. He's been going through a really shitty breakup with custody problems and a psycho ex who is ruining his life. I asked if he was gonna be okay, and he just kinda stared away and said "Yeah, I think so. Yeah." That was 15 years ago and he is okay and we are still good friends.
