This is a recap of my week.

In this video, I head over to Lynn Canyon for a cold dip and Lynn Headwaters to pick up some fresh spring water. Then Tiff (@TapIntoLiquid) and I go exploring, trying to find a not so secret spot by Capilano River to dip in, after which we explore the Salmon Hatchery. I also show how I make a quick 10 min vegan sandwich using smoked tofu.
