One of the greats in cowboy poetry is Paul Zarzyski. His poetry empowered by the big sky country of Montana, were he lives. One my Mom's favorite poets at the Gathering. I've had a chance to talk with Paul Zarzyski over the years. This man is inspiring. His will strong. Story, somehow heroic. Although just another cowboy with a hat in the crowd, Paul Zarzyski has a regal presence which sets him apart. It's his way but this would best be said by poem. He captures the essence of the modern lens. Ancient, yet youthful and curious.
