This is a performance from live night The Mine (Bainbridge Presents) @ The Wee Red Bar, Edinburgh on 3rd September 2010. Thanks to Angus & Chris for a great night as always and to Alex 'FentekAudio' for his sound skills on the night - always appreciated.
Influenced by Ari Up, Massive Attack, Tricky & Moloko to name a few, Sacre Noir is still bringing lo-fi electronica to those who wish to listen.
This was a performance of Behind The Lines from the debut album Her Volatile Condition, currently available to buy from

LYRICS
What do you know about the way we were?
What do you see within your world?
Where do you go to, when it all comes down?
Where do you run, when everything is gone?
It's a proposition, with no subscription,
we audition for life.
All we're doing is wishing, a little free thinking, and that's what we call life.
She only closed her eyes (wake up)
Always behind the lines (afraid to wake up)
How to we go back to the way we were?
How do we move on in your world?
Is it a long way, with no directions?
Is it a world, where everything is wrong?
It's a proposition, with no subscription,
we audition for life.
All we're doing is wishing, a little free thinking, and that's what we call life.
She only closed her eyes (wake up)
Always behind the lines (afraid to wake up)
She only closed her eyes (wake up)
Always behind the lines (afraid to wake up)
Always behind the lines (afraid to wake up)
Behind the lines
