In the run-up to the Welsh Assembly elections on 5th May 2016, Alzheimer’s Society approached the main parties contesting the elections to seek their views on how support could be improved for people affected by dementia. We heard back from Welsh Labour, the Welsh Conservatives, Plaid Cymru and the Welsh Liberal Democrats. In this film Darren Millar from Welsh Conservatives sets out their thoughts.
45,000 people in Wales have dementia, and Alzheimer’s Society is committed to working with AMs from all parties to improve the support available to them.
