This is a complete guide on how to astral project from sleep paralysis. Sleep Paralysis is a natural part of our biology and we experience sleep paralysis roughly every 90 minutes of sleep, so about 4-5 times during one sleeping cycle. When we wake up in sleep paralysis (or induce it from the waking state), we experience the mind being awake while the physical body is asleep. This is the PERFECT time to use tools like imagination, mental rehearsal, and working with your senses to induce an out-of-body experience or a lucid dream.
