Monty gets excited about going to the park. This was before he got a dog park membership... but he loved to socialize with the other dogs through the fence and go for walks in the woods. It was about 60F outside, so it was just on the verge of being too hot to go out. Newfies can't take much more heat than that. He drinks lots of water on trips!
You'll also notice that Monty barely fits in my little Passat! Usually he gets the whole backseat of my mom's van, but she was on vacation that day.
