Date Seed Coffee:
2-4 tsp date seed powder
6 fl oz hot water
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon powder
Sweetener of choice
Steamed milk of choice
To prepare date seeds, soak if sticky (30 mins), dry, then roast at 350ºF for 30 mins on parchment paper. Cool and then grind to a powder. For date seed coffee, heat water to 195ºF/90ºC, mix powder with spices as desired, place in filter over pour over, pour hot water, and let drip. Add in sweetener and milk, if you’d like. Enjoy!
