Ingredients 😍
Sardines- 1kg
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Onion- 3 nos
Tomatoes- 3 nos
Green chilli- 2 nos
Ginger-2 pieces
Garlic - 7 to 8 nos
Curry leaves
Method:
Clean and wash sardines and set it aside
Add red chilli powder, pepper powder , turmeric powder and salt
Marinate it and set it aside
Now peel onion and set it aside
Wash tomatoes, green chillies and onion
Then peel ginger and garlic and wash it
Now chop onion and green chilli and keep it aside
Then chop tomatoes in to tiny pieces and keep aside
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated sardines
And keep it aside after frying
Now grind the ginger and garlic in a grinding stone and keep aside
Now heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion
Then add green chilli and curry leaves and add ginger garlic paste
Saute it well till it turns brown
Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder pepper powder and salt according to taste
Then add tomatoes and mix it well
Now add the fried sardines to this masala and mix it well
