The biggest beer company in the world, Anheuser Busch Inbev, was fourth time lucky as it's offer to buy SABMiller was finally accepted by the board. Shareholders on both sides still have to vote on the offer that values SABMiller at around 1.4 trillion rand. If the deal goes through each share will be bought for 44 pounds or R900. SABMiller shares shot up - adding 10 % and closing at R805 on the JSE.
