To disable messages from people on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Parties & chats and select Chat requests.
Choose the conversation that contains the player whose messages you want to block.
Click the More actions button (usually represented by three dots or an ellipsis).
Select View profile, then choose Report or block.
Finally, click Block to prevent further messages from that user
