🕒 Bake vegetables at 180°C for an average of 30 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
❗Notes ❗
✅ In this recipe it is not necessary to observe the exact proportions of vegetables. You can take a little more eggplant or peppers.
✅While baking peppers and eggplants, I turned them over. If you have an oven with top and bottom heat, you can place the baking sheet closer to the top level and do not turn it over. The peppers can be pulled out a little earlier.
✅To season the snack, I recommend using exactly the same ingredients as indicated. Of course, everyone has their own taste, but it is in this combination that the appetizer turns out unique, with original flavor notes. The only thing that can be excluded is nutmeg.
✅For the same reason, I do not recommend adding any more greens except basil.
✅From the indicated proportions of snacks, you don’t get much, just one meal for the family. If you want more, double the amount of products.
✅You can store the snack for 3-4 days in a clean container with an airtight lid in the refrigerator.
