The 3rd Infogest Food Digestion Webinar took place on Wednesday, the 4th of November. These monthly webinars are hosted by Teagasc every first Wednesday at 2 pm (Dublin) and focus on topics related to food digestion. Guest speakers and topics for this webinar will cover an introduction to gastrointestinal food digestion and in vitro simulation. This webinar series will be held in the run-up to the next International Conference on Food Digestion 3-5 May 2022 in Cork, Ireland.
