In this sermon we hear Jesus's opinion of John the Baptist as a great prophet ushering in the new kingdom, and the idea that believers today are greater than he because they have the Holy Spirit indwelling them.

"Truly, I say to you, among those born of women there has arisen no one greater than John the Baptist. Yet the one who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he." (Matthew 11:11 ESV)
