There have been suggestions there may be sexual assaults in the protest area, Chambers said. Police are the only agency that can investigate those incidents, and he asked anyone with something to report to please come forward.

* Tuesday is day 15 of the occupation at Parliament.
* An estimated 200 police, some with shields, arrived at the occupation area about 6am Tuesday.
* Police said they were further reducing the perimeter around Parliament, moving concrete barriers further into areas occupied by protesters.
* At least three officers need medical attention after being sprayed with an unknown substance, police said.
* Around 6.40am, a massive clash occurred with police and protesters, a person was arrested after a car drove towards officers from behind.
* Scenes were calmer just before 7am, with some protesters urging others to move back while other more vocal ones were reluctant to withdraw.
* No-swim warnings have been issued for parts of Wellington Harbour as officials investigate the tipping of raw sewage into stormwater drains near the occupation sites.
