This is an easy caramel apple recipe to remember with 1 cup ingredients:
1 cup of butter = 2 Sticks of butter (If you use salted butter do not add a pinch of salt)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1-2 tablespoons vanilla or 1 big TBSP
pinch of salt (only if you used unsalted butter)
For a soft caramel cook to 230 degrees.
