Ingredients
Chopped Garlic (5 Cloves)
Chopped Cili Padi (Optional)
6 Tablespoons Paprika
3 Tablespoons Chili Flakes
Curry Leaves (A handful)
2 Cups Cooking Cream
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
500g Clams
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1. Saute garlic, cili padi, curry leaves and chilli flakes
2. Pour cooking cream and add paprika powder
3. Bring to a boil while adding salt and sugar
4. Add in the clams
5. Let it cook for 5 minutes
