ICStation sent me a Solar Regulator DC-DC converter to take a look at and give my opinions. In my opinion, it is a good general purpose converter, but will not operate correctly when directly connected to a solar panel. The only way it may work correctly is if you attach it to a higher wattage panel then the maximum wattage of the converter.

This converter is a buck-boost, 25Watts max, 3-15Vin, 0.5-30Vout.
