In Azure Storage Account, there are three types of blobs: block blobs, append blobs, and page blobs.
Block blobs are used to store large amounts of unstructured data such as text or binary data. They are optimized for streaming and can be uploaded in parallel.
Append blobs are used for scenarios where data is constantly being appended, such as logging or auditing. They support only appending data and not modifying or deleting existing data.
Page blobs are used for storing random-access data, such as virtual hard disks (VHDs) for Azure virtual machines. They are optimized for frequent read and write operations and can support up to 8 TB of data.
