Samsung might just revive the S-Pen with the Galaxy S22 Ultra after all. Front Page Tech has obtained photos of what it claims are the first live photos of the (apparently finished) S22 Ultra, and it's effectively the new Galaxy Note. There's an S-Pen, a slot to hold the stylus and even a less-rounded design reminiscent of Notes past.

Unlike previous 3D renders, however, there's no P-shaped camera hump.

Design and display:
It will boast a QHD+ AMOLED screen
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be flat from the top and bottom and will feature curved sides. The device shall sport a 6.8-inch dual-curved Dynamic AMOLED display with a QHD+ (1440x3200 pixels) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an integrated fingerprint sensor.
It will also get a slot to put an S Pen.

There may be a 108MP main camera:
The quad rear cameras on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra are expected to include a 108MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide shooter, a 12MP telephoto lens, and another 12MP camera. On the front, it could get a 32MP selfie snapper.
According to The Cat (Leakster Ice Universe), the S22 Ultra will feature two zoom lenses with a variable focal length. The first starts at 3x, the second at 10x. These are the same magnification numbers as the current Ultra.
The new model will use two 12 MP sensors with 1.22 µm pixels, according to the leakster, compared to two 10 MP sensors with the same pixel size
The main camera will feature a 108 MP sensor with 0.8 µm pixels. It is not clear if this will be the same HM3 sensor used in the current Ultra or a new generation. It is said to bring an improved OIS, however.
The ultra-wide-angle camera will reportedly stick to a 12 MP sensor but will gain OIS.
Finally, the selfie camera. It will still have a 40 MP sensor, and it will almost certainly not be the under-display kind

Chipset SoC and Processor: Snapdragon 898 SoC Or Exynos 2200 SoC
Tipster Tron (@FrontTron) — citing Client — has tweeted that Samsung has confirmed that some markets will be getting the Snapdragon 898 SoC while other markets are confirmed to get the Exynos 2200 SoC in the Galaxy S22 series.
The report also mentions that some markets are "highly likely" to get the Snapdragon 898 SoC. These include markets like India, South East Asia, South Korea, and Hong Kong. However, the latter two markets are negotiating with Samsung to equip the Galaxy S22 with the Exynos 2200 SoC.

According to previous news, the Snapdragon 898 will be equipped with a three-cluster CPU design, with a super-large core frequency of 3.09GHz, a large core frequency of 2.4GHz, and a small core frequency of 1.8GHz.
At the same time, Snapdragon 898 also has Part 3400 new architecture X2, equipped with Adreno 730 GPU.
According to the practice of Qualcomm’s conference, the Snapdragon 898 is expected to be unveiled in Q4 this year.

The phone will support 45W fast-charging
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will run on Android 12 and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 45W or 33W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the handset should offer support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, 5G, and a Type-C port.
