For seven years, former Playboy model and reality TV star Holly Madison was Playboy creator Hugh Heffner's girlfriend. He was 76 years old at the time and Madison was one of seven of his girlfriends.
The now-married mother of two children has written a book about her time with "Heff" and she paints a dark picture of the legendary ladies' man.
