The temple Senso-ji is the oldest temple in Tokyo.It is located in the district of Asakusa. A sanctuary at the origin of the Sensô-ji was erected in the seventh century, and many structures have been added over time, such as the nearby temple of Asakusa Jinja in the seventeenth century or the Denbôin.
