🟢 Not all active ocular toxoplasmosis lesions need treatment. Indications for treatment can be remembered using the VIP mnemonic which stands for:
👉 1. Vitritis (marked) or lesions threatening a major Vessel.
👉 2. Immunocompromised or marked visual Impairment.
👉 3. Pregnant or lesions affecting Papillomacular bundle, disc or macula.
