The whole continuous process needs cycles of modeling, hypothesis, experiments, discovery, and learning, and an agile testing mindset provides is needed by all contributors. Testing is not a job or a phase or a department in an agile organization. Instead it is a cross-cutting concern, a skill which is vital to every contributor to a product.
