The judge denies me a charge or at least an attempt at a lawyer that the Rahway PD and Elizabeth PD defends into following me and falling down in court. This is evidence on how the judge and the judiciary system have a bias against a defendant in a municipal court case that started out over an assault charge after I was threatened by the so called victim, JK or Janusz Kwiatkowski. It is apparent and it was from the beginning that the Rahway police detectives did not read me my Miranda rights that it was a false charge and I felt like my was in danger.
Judge Montes was oblivious to the law and the court cases still proceed to this day as they push the dates to a new date for a trial that I believe don't want to happen. As in the first video, Janusz Kwiatkowski, did not show up for the virtual court case and it lead me to believe that this was more ridiculous and these so called people that should uphold the law were more evil and devious then I originally suspected.
