The Nova Experience 2023, our annual gathering that unites selected members from diverse backgrounds across the world to tackle global challenges, has come to an end.
This year, we delved deep into the question of how we, as a global top talent network, can contribute to a more sustainable world. It was a weekend of profound personal and professional growth, where the word "experience" truly came to life.
We extend our gratitude to our guest speakers - Håkan, Head of Sustainability Innovation at IKEA, Peter from Plastic Bank, Alvaro of Clevery, and Zandra from Volvo Cars, who shared their incredible journeys and inspired our members to push the boundaries of convention.
A huge thank you also to all the participants for embracing an unknown agenda, allowing yourself to open up to strangers, and sharing your expertise, values, projects, and passion (and also for the unforgettable party!). It's truly awe-inspiring to witness the value we can create when exceptional talent connects on a deeper level.
