A new type of sand mixer which adopts three national patents and optimized design. It is mainly applied to the mixing of green sand in the medium-sized sand processing department. The main working principle is that the high-speed rotating bottom scraper pushes the material to form a circular flow in the machine basin, and the high-speed rotor blade applies impact force to the sand and shearing force to the sand in cooperation with the scraper, so that the sand grains can contact each other quickly and rub strongly, thus achieving fast sand mixing speed and loose sand without loosening sand machine, especially suitable for mechanized molding machine.
The transmission gears in the reducer of this machine all adopt large modulus alloy steel hardened gears with long service life, and the reducer is equipped with magnetic oil plug to catch the iron foam in the box; the bottom plate of the sand mixer is paved with faience cast stone, which is smooth and wear-resistant; the scraper inserts are welded with wear-resistant cemented carbide, and the inner liner ring is treated with stainless steel or polymer polyethylene to prevent sand staining.
The machine has the advantages of simple structure, compact, convenient maintenance and operation, economy, durability, large amount of material added at one time, high productivity, and can be started under load. It can realize the sand performance (compacting rate, wet compressive strength and air permeability) to reach the qualified index.
This machine is composed of reducer, column, rotor mechanism, body, discharge door, lubrication system and scraper device, water filling device, upper cover, base and other parts.
The main motor drives the input of the reducer through the European standard belt pulley, and the output shaft is coupled with the column by chain coupling. The spindle drives the crosshead to rotate counterclockwise, so that the scraper device pushes the type sand to form a ring flow.
Two sets of rotor mechanism are fixed symmetrically on the cross beam of the circle, each driven by the main motor through the v-belt and gears after the second deceleration of the sand mixing rotor counterclockwise rotation, and with the scraping plate, to apply impact, shear and friction to the sand.
The reducer is installed on the base, and when overhauling, the chain coupling is disconnected and the main motor is moved out of the insertion part of the coupling, which can be pulled out horizontally for repair without dismantling the column and other parts.
