You won't even know it was not Baba Ganoush, as it is a very similar dip.
Hints of Garlic make this even a step above a normal dip.
Let alone a bit healthy for non-meat eaters too.
So Dance a little, and take a Dip.
A Zucchini Garlic Dip

INGREDIENTS:
4 Medium Zuchini
1/3 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Tahini
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
Garnish with Parsley and Olive Oil
Suggestion Note:
Use any kind of Squash to make some of the best Dips your friends will love.
Even Pumpkin(another Squash) can be used with a change of Spice.
