It sounds like this after running for about 40-60 minutes under heavy load. Sometimes it only does random single clicks, other times random shorter series of clicks, followed by random pauses, seemingly without any pattern.

Update: I tried and succeeded to RMA the PSU. A rep of be quiet! responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes. I received a replacement after less than 24h. The new PSU runs great without any hiccups.
