Protests erupted as Spain's King Felipe visited flood affected areas in Paiporta, Valencia on Sunday.
Residents of Paiporta shouted "murderers" when King Felipe arrived protected by an umbrella as some objects were thrown.
Earlier King Felipe and Queen Letizia were seen shaking hands and embracing people in Paiporta, Valencia region, before joining a briefing held on-site by emergency response teams.
The deadliest flash floods in Spain's modern history have killed at least 214 people and dozens were still unaccounted for, four days after torrential rains swept the eastern region of Valencia.
The tragedy is already Europe's worst flood-related disaster since 1967 when at least 500 people died in Portugal.
