Last week, I shared a video of a red wine alternative. So today let's use that alternative in a Beef Ragout turning it into a halal-friendly dish without loosing any flavor. Nothing beats a pot of slow-cooked, fall off the bone beef short ribs. It’s the kind of dish that sends you to your happy place!!

Ingredients - Braised Ribs:
✏️ 2kg – Beef Short Ribs
✏️ 1 nos – Yellow Onion (large)
✏️ 1 nos – Carrot (medium)
✏️ 1 stalk – Celery
✏️ 6 cloves – Garlic
✏️ 150gms – Tomato Puree
✏️ 1 cup – Beef Stock
✏️ 1 cup – Roselle Water / Red Wine
✏️ 1 cup – Water
✏️ 2 nos – Bay Leaf
✏️ Salt
✏️ Pepper

Ingredients - Pasta:
✏️ Cooked Pasta
✏️ Lemon Juice
✏️ Italian Parsley
✏️ Olive oil
✏️ 2 cloves – Garlic (thinly sliced)
