Fresh foraged giant mussels off the Oregon Coast. Very simple to clean and cook. I will be foraging for them myself coming soon in the near future so make sure to stay tune. I will be at the Oregon Coast and for the first time harvesting mussels. These natural organic mussels were very sweet and tender and full of meat. Ingredients were very simple with butter, garlic, chicken bouillon, green onions and lastly some sugar. Thank you for watching!
