The Ministry of Energy says it is drafting regulations to govern the sale of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), commonly referred to as gas. This follows reports of an increase in the number of illicit dealers in cylinders, most of them operating in roadside shops. Although guidelines on the sale of LPG are in place, there are gaps in the regulations. As NOBERT ATUKUNDA reports, the ministry hopes to establish these regulations next year.
