China and Russia are jointly producing the CR929, a new long-range wide-body passenger aircraft.

China's Aero Engine Corporation has signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with the Russian state-owned United Engine Corporation (UEC), part of the Rostec, a Russian state corporation. That's concerning the development and production of an engine to power the new CR929 aircraft. The jointly produced aircraft arguably is the first wide body long-range commercial aircraft that won't be manufactured by either Boeing or Airbus. [ Ссылка ]
