Found from a YouTuber names Stu, there is a very easy/cheap way to beat the Micro Park Scenario.
1. Turn research to thrill rides only to get the Roto drop. It’s the first researched thrill ride.
2. Build the Roto drop to its maximum height. Test the ride but DO NOT OPEN.
3. Repeat step 2 until you cannot add anymore. Note save the ride design to save time and increase your loan.
4. Wait out the 3 years and you’ll beat the scenario. If you’re playing the classic version on mobile. You can simply fast forward to speed this up. The Park value will increase when test results are displayed.

NOTE: This works because rides tested do not age since they are not open. I emphasize not opening the rides because park value drops when you have duplicate rides and opened rides age which also drops Park value.
