Roghni Naan Recipe | Ramadan Recipe Series | Make And Freeze
Ingredients and steps:
3 cups plain flour
1 tbsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp yogurt
Half cup warm milk
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
Mix everything
Knead a soft dough
Add warm water as required
Cover the dough
Let it rise until double in size
Make naan
Pre heat your oven or air fryer
10 minutes at the highest temperature
Poke some holes in naan with fork
Brush egg and milk glaze on naan
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Place in your preheated oven or air fryer basket
Cook until done
Brush some butter on it once done
You can make and freeze them
For upto a month.
💥If you want to make this in air fryer, please watch the videos where I have made naans in air fryer and it is the same as oven. You just have to preheat it really well.
💥Yes you can make and freeze them for upto a month. You have to cook them and then freeze. You can freeze uncooked naans as well but then you have to freeze them individually first and then stack them up.
💥if you don't want to use egg, use only milk for glazing the naan or you can use yogurt as well.
