West Bengal TMC Leader Arrested: The CBI arrested TMC leader Raju Sahni on Friday in the chit fund case. President of Halisahar Municipality, Raju Sahni has been arrested for his alleged role in the Ponzi scheme fraud. Through this scheme, lakhs of rupees were duped from the people. About Rs 80 lakh in cash and a country-made pistol from his Halisahar house have been recovered from Raju Sahni's New Town residence, a CBI official said.
