I'm here today to talk about one of the most exciting elements of come out of agile in recent times, which is called Agile Scrum @ Scale, which is basically the technique to take a whole organisation with agility. Jeff Sutherland, one of the founders of Agile is actually saying that this is the most important element because really, teams can achieve great things by themselves.
Organisations need to be connected and highly performance oriented as a whole rather than just in the IT department. Let's just talk about how it works briefly. So key aspect is same as agile. You have frontline agile teams running Scrum. And these teams will be having their common goal, their goal and they have their vision.
